Draft describing the founding waitlist and the legacy credit model for existing approved members. Confirm refund, tax, and chargeback policy with counsel before commercial launch.

Joining the founding waitlist or completing a founding application creates no charge and does not grant live access. SwiftlyDeft will not save a payment method or begin a subscription during this initial waitlist stage.

Existing approved members may retain access to the legacy prepaid day credit model. Those credits are not offered as the public founding waitlist conversion path.

Planned founding membership is US$99 per month and the planned standard subscription is US$129 per month. No subscription will begin until licensed live access is ready and the applicant explicitly confirms activation.

Credits are generally non-transferable. Refund requests are handled case-by-case for unused credits where required by law or where a clear billing error occurred. Contact support through your account email if you need help with a charge.
